Held from September 17 to 19, the 5th Shandong Cross‑border E‑commerce Trade Fair took place at Jinan Shungeng International Convention and Exhibition Center. This influential industry gathering assembled 12 top global cross‑border e‑commerce platforms and more than 100 service providers. Manufacturers from 16 cities in Shandong, numerous overseas buyers and international guests gathered for AI‑themed exhibits, product‑matching meetings and professional industry seminars.

Ten representatives from TEVIS Machinery participated in the event to network with platform operators, logistics specialists and fellow manufacturers, searching for practical solutions to drive our business forward.

Remote-Control Mowers

High‑quality products lay the foundation for foreign‑trade success, yet back‑end services heavily influence customers’ overall purchasing experience. This was our key focus at the fair: sourcing more efficient, cost‑competitive cross‑border logistics and shipping options. In daily order processing, we frequently face challenges like unstable sea freight capacity, variable transit times and unreliable last‑mile delivery. Our team held in‑person discussions with multiple logistics and overseas‑warehouse providers about shipping configurations built for our product line: Remote‑Control Mowers, Skid Steer Loaders and Electric Loaders. We aim to simplify our full export workflow, reduce lead‑time risks and deliver a more seamless buying experience for international clients.

Remote-Control Mowers

Beyond logistics upgrades, we are evaluating new possibilities to open stores on additional cross‑border marketplaces. Our flagship Remote‑Control Mowers sit alongside Skid Steer Loaders, Electric Loaders and other robust construction machinery. By accessing more online channels suited for heavy‑duty equipment, we help global buyers discover our complete product catalog, remove information gaps and generate more relevant sales inquiries.

Remote-Control Mowers

The expo’s service‑ecosystem hall hosted major players including Amazon Global Selling, Alibaba.com, eBay and Mercado Libre. Our team joined industrial‑export workshops and cross‑border seller roundtables. We gained valuable perspectives on Shandong manufacturing exports and learned about evolving demands international buyers hold for construction machinery. Face‑to‑face interactions allowed us to resolve practical details that are difficult to address via digital communication.

As a Shandong‑origin construction‑machinery exporter, we take full advantage of the growing “Shandong‑made goes global” momentum. Still, we understand many parts of our export operations can be further optimized. We will keep iterating on our star remote‑control mower product. We will also follow up on all connections and market intelligence obtained from the fair, prioritizing logistics improvement and new online sales channels.

Remote-Control Mowers

Going forward, we will organize all contacts and market observations gathered at the show. We will continue boosting product performance while improving logistics execution and growing our digital footprint. Through this dual‑focus strategy, we strive to offer superior products and services to global partners and expand international recognition for Shandong‑built construction machinery.

TEVIS Machinery is eager to collaborate with partners worldwide and unlock fresh potential within the cross‑border construction machinery industry.
